The doctors are all great,that’s when you get an appointment, l have been trying all week to get an appointment, firstly the computers were down which l can sympathise with but once fixed getting a reply over the telephone was almost impossible. I tried four times, waited 20minutes for the receptionist to pick up at 12.30 which is out of order, who takes up this amount of time. Put the phone down in the end, no wonder A&E is under strain.

I have really struggled to get an appointment at this gp surgery. Having booked one for tomorrow, about 5 weeks ago, it has now been changed so I can no longer make it. The next appointment I am being offered is now for April.

I have always been very happy with the Care I have received from the Doctors. Unfortunately I am finding it very difficult to make an appointment. I need a Nurses appointment, which I am unable to do on line. I have called the surgery at 4 different times today, and on each occasion have hung on for 10 minutes before giving up. All I can say is it is a good job that I do not need to see someone urgently!

Always found the doctors to be great but one of the reception staff is not at all helpful. She keeps you waiting at the doorway whilst discussing her personal matters, then she is simply not helpful. When I asked if can book over the phone - said yes but only for an emergency. This is NOT the case - not all people book online - and she was abrupt and unhelpful. This is aside for having to hold on to make an appointment for over 20 minutes - this is after can get through it being engaged for over 10 minutes.

I called to make an appointment for my two children. I was told that I have to book on the day. I asked to book in advance next week as not urgent so given a time within school hours. I was told that I then had to go to a hub if it was for children and they only take bookings on the day. How - as a working mother - am I supposed to plan to see a doctor for my child, if I have to call on the day and not even guaranteed to get an appointment. utterly ridiculous!
